Some listed applications and service endpoints are vendor-operated Babbage deployments. They are examples of BRC-100-compatible software and hosted infrastructure, not exclusive requirements for BSV applications.

### Terminology Alignment

* **BSV Desktop** is the current product name for the desktop wallet/app catalog experience. Some older materials may call it Metanet Desktop or MetaNet Client.
* **BRC-100** is the vendor-neutral wallet-to-application interface. Saying an app uses BRC-100 does not automatically mean every BRC-100 wallet supports that app's identity, storage, or service dependencies.
* **WalletClient** is the BSV SDK client used by web apps to request wallet actions from BRC-100-compatible wallets such as BSV Desktop.
* **Babbage** is a vendor and service operator for several hosted apps and endpoints in this catalog. Keep Babbage references when they identify the app operator, support path, hosted service, or configured infrastructure.

### General Usage Pattern

Most BSV applications follow a similar workflow:
