# The Open BSV License

The Open BSV License (<https://github.com/bitcoin-sv/bitcoin-sv/blob/master/LICENSE>) has been created for use by developers, projects or companies who wish to make their software or applications available for open (free) usage only on the BSV blockchain. It is a modified version of the MIT license that allows free usage and modification of open-source software only on the BSV blockchain and its related testnets.

Since its creation, there have been numerous protocols, toolkits and software elements released under the Open BSV Licence including:
