The Small World Network Effect
As PoW blockchains scale, they naturally evolve toward small world network topology—highly interconnected node clusters with efficient pathways between clusters. This structure:
Minimizes latency for transaction propagation
Creates redundant pathways ensuring resilience
Enables efficient validation across the entire network
Supports massive scale without centralized coordination
The nodes within themselves are hyper-connected and as the ecosystem grows and matures, the network topology between the nodes will emerge as a small world or mandala network.
