# Reflection

Based on the five categories discussed (**reconciliation**, **fraud**, **cash flow**, **compliance**, and **visibility**), which cost area do you believe poses the **greatest risk** to your organization? Why?

**Note to Learners:** There is no single "correct" answer to this question. The greatest risk varies by:

* **Industry**
* **Organizational maturity**
* **Supply chain complexity**

**Pharmaceutical companies** might identify **compliance** as their highest risk due to regulatory penalties.

**Luxury goods manufacturers** might prioritize **fraud and counterfeiting**.

Companies with thin margins might focus on **cash flow** and **working capital efficiency**.

The key is to **think critically** about where hidden costs most significantly impact your organization's operations and profitability. This reflection helps you prioritize where to investigate further and build a business case for improvement.
